The 13/15 program is for swimmers that have previous experience with synchronized (artistic) swimming. The athletes in this program train four times a week for 12.5 hours. This includes pool and dryland training. Athletes in the 13/15 program have the opportunity to participate in additional solo and duet routines.
Our 13/15 swimmers continue to increase the difficulty of their workouts and attention to detail is essential. Tight bonds between team members, based on months (if not years) of working together, start to yield significant results. You can expect that significant growth and improvement throughout the year.
